We are extremely thrilled to announce the newest associate to join the Farag Dentistry Team!!
Introducing Dr. Bhavna Gangwal, a global dentist with a passion for creating beautiful smiles. With a rich background, Dr. Gangwal began her career in India followed by Dubai, and finally planted her roots in New York City.  She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from NYU College of Dentistry.
 
As a general dentist, Dr. Gangwal specializes in a range of dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and root canal treatments but her true calling lies in ethical esthetic dentistry, where she merges scientific precision with art, boosting not just her patients' confidence but their overall well-being. Along with earning her DDS, she completed a rigorous 3-year fellowship in Esthetic dentistry at NYU further solidifying her expertise in the field.
 
With an unwavering commitment to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Gangwal continues to learn and has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education to ensure that her patients receive the latest and most effective treatments. She is Invisalign certified and is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. ✨✨The Farag Dentistry Team is growing once again!! ✨✨
We are happy to announce the addition of our newest associate Dr. Sufian Mahmoud!!
Dr. Sufian is a native of New Jersey. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Criminal Justice before heading to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his doctoral degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He completed an externship in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at UMDNJ and a general practice dental residency at Newark Beth Israel - St. Barnabas Health. During his residency he completed extensive training in restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, pedodontics, and oral surgery under the guidance of internationally recognized practitioners.

Dr. Sufian remains committed to teaching and learning dentistry. He attends countless hours of continuing education courses domestically and internationally each year. He also works with the NY Jets Franchise as the team Dentist.

This patient had previous composite bondings to repair his top front two teeth. But they had chipped, worn down, and discolored over the years.
He wasn’t ready for porcelain veneers yet so we decided to replace the bondings.
Next time, we’ll work on cleaning and repairing those lower teeth.👊🏼

I bet she will never forget her first time!
These photos show an amazing result for this first time Botox client, after only 1 week! Botox was used to soften muscle movement in her upper face to prevent & treat wrinkles.
💥Her static lines are softened (lines that stay when
not moving muscles).
💥She can raise her brows without having wrinkles on
her forehead.
💥She can't scowl & the "11's" wrinkles have softened
tremendously.
💥Deeper static lines may take multiple sessions to resolve
completely, but combining that with SPF & retinol to also help our skin!
💥She can expect to get re-treated every 3-4 months to maintain this smoother, younger appearance.

We are so excited to announce the latest addition to the Farag Dentistry team….. our new associate dentist Dr. Amira Zachary!!!!
Dr Zachary is a New York City native who currently practices in New Jersey. Dr. Zachary graduated from NYU College of Dentistry where she received her doctorate in dental surgery (DDS). She went on to complete a one year General Practice Residency at Woodhull Hospital and continues her learning by attending continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Zachary specializes in a range of professional dental services which includes fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, TMD treatments, and dentures. She is also invisalign and implant certified.

Dr. Zachary pursued dentistry to make a positive impact on her patients’ oral health and well-being. She believes in creating an open dialogue with her patients to educate and discuss their dental needs and wants prior to delivering care. She is committed to delivering the most optimal dental care in a comfortable setting. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is to see her patients leave happy and smiling confidently.

This young lady fell off a scooter and fractured her front teeth a few days ago. The tooth fragments ended up embedded in her lower lip The ER doc removed them and unfortunately discarded them. Had they been saved in some milk and brought right over to us, we could have reattached them. But since this wasn’t possible, the next best thing was repairing the teeth with some composite bonding.
