Dr. Dobrowski earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University before completing her orthodontic specialty training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she received her orthodontic certificate and Master of Medical Sciences degree.

During her time at Harvard, Dr. Dobrowski was also recognized for her outstanding research presentation on microplastics, reflecting her strong academic background and commitment to advancing the field of dentistry.

Known for her compassionate and personalized approach, Dr. Dobrowski is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles while creating a positive, supportive orthodontic experience for every family.

Losing baby teeth is an exciting milestone for kids 🦷✨

As Dr. Ryan shares, this process often begins around ages 5-7, usually with the lower front teeth becoming wiggly first, followed by the upper front teeth.

As adult teeth begin to come in, it is normal for baby teeth to loosen. Some mild discomfort or a small amount of bleeding can also happen along the way.

If a baby tooth stays in place even after the adult tooth starts coming in, gentle wiggling with clean hands can help move the process along more effectively.

If the tooth is having difficulty coming out, or if you have concerns about the positioning of the new teeth coming in, our team is always here to evaluate and guide you.

Not every visit means braces 🦷😃

Dr. Stein shares that orthodontic evaluations can begin as early as age 6, even while baby teeth are still present. At this stage, the focus is not on starting treatment, but on understanding how the teeth and jaw are developing over time.

In many cases, early visits allow us to identify potential concerns before they become more complex and guide the appropriate timing if treatment is needed later.
