We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing orthodontic practice as a New Patient Coordinator! Dual Role: You’ll serve as both a clinical assistant and a key member of our front office team.
Impression & Records Expertise: Must be proficient in taking dental impressions, photos, and radiographic records.
New Patient Experience: You’ll be the first point of contact for new patients—scheduling consultations, coordinating treatment plans, and guiding them through the process.
Marketing Involvement: Help promote our practice through local outreach, events, and social media initiatives.

✅ Qualifications:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in [Your State]
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience taking impressions, x-rays, photos, and orthodontic records
Comfortable presenting treatment plans and educating patients
Basic computer and scheduling software skills
Marketing or social media experience is a plus, but not required
