Meet Terri Bowers — Elevate’s Anesthesia Provider

We’re excited to welcome Terri Bowers to the Elevate Oral Surgery team.

Terri brings more than 30 years of anesthesia experience, with an extensive background caring for patients undergoing complex cardiothoracic and pediatric surgery. She is board certified and maintains advanced life support certifications for both adult and pediatric patients.

Terri is also a familiar face to Dr. Stanley. For more than two years, they worked side by side in Knoxville providing anesthesia for patients undergoing complex, full-mouth smile reconstruction procedures. That experience built a level of trust and teamwork that they’re excited to bring to patients at Elevate.

While her experience is impressive, what patients notice most is how she makes them feel. Terri understands that having surgery—and especially anesthesia—can make people nervous. She takes the time to help patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they arrive through their recovery.

“My goal is for every patient to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I want you to know that while you’re asleep, your safety is my entire focus—and when you wake up, I want you to feel like the hardest part was simply showing up.”

For patients who have been putting off oral surgery because of anxiety or fear of anesthesia, Terri is exactly the kind of person we want by your side.

Kyleigh is the Practice Manager at our office and a seasoned dental professional whose diverse background makes her the perfect fit for the role. A 2009 graduate of Miller-Motte Technical College, she began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant and holds certifications in radiology, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and DAANCE. She spent a decade in general dentistry before her journey took a unique turn—teaching as a dental assistant instructor for two years, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and returning to oral surgery for the past five years, where she honed her skills in insurance coordination and treatment planning. That blend of clinical experience, teaching, and business knowledge is exactly what she brings to her new role, and she’s genuinely excited for this next chapter.

Outside the office, Kyleigh enjoys spending time with her son, Gavin, and their dog, Franco, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.

At the heart of it all is Dr. Stanley, whose deep commitment to his patients, his team, and the community inspires her every day. His leadership doesn’t just set the tone for the office—it makes coming to work something to look forward to.

Ashley Davis is a Registered Dental Assistant bringing four years of hands-on experience in oral surgery. She graduated in 2020 from Chattanooga State Community College and holds certifications in radiology, sealants, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and DAANCE. Ashley has a natural talent for putting patients at ease, ensuring every visit feels comfortable, calm, and well supported from start to finish.

Outside the office, when she’s not caring for patients she is taking care of her three horses and a mini donkey—or spending her free time out on the lake with her husband.

She takes great pride in working alongside Dr. Stanley, whose commitment to excellence, encouraging leadership, and positive team environment make it a joy to come to work each day

Michelle Ramos is a Registered Dental Assistant bringing 9 years of experience in dentistry, including 3 years specializing in oral surgery. She graduated in 2017 from Chattanooga College with her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting and holds certifications in radiology, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and DAANCE. Michelle is known for her warm, attentive chair-side manner that helps even the most anxious patients feel right at home — turning what can be a nerve-wracking experience into a smooth and reassuring one.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys quality time with her friends and her beloved fur baby, Hazel, who she’d probably bring to work if she could.

She takes great pride in being part of a team led by Dr. Stanley, whose genuine dedication to his patients, his staff, and the greater community makes every day in the office feel truly meaningful.
