This case shows the before, prep line, and final result. Bisco Universal Adhesive was used with Bisco Quantum Composite in A2 Body and A2 Enamel shades to restore the tooth while blending with the surrounding smile. Final polishing was completed with Ivoclar OptraGloss polishers for a smooth, natural finish.

Some smile transformations require more than replacing teeth. They require the right sequence and a clear plan.

This patient was unhappy with metal Maryland bridges on her lower front teeth. To create the best foundation for the final result, the bridges were removed, periodontal concerns were treated, and orthodontics were completed beautifully by Dr. Nick Riccio ().

Essix trays were made as part of aligner therapy, and ovate sites were created using the clear aligners. The final ovate sites can be seen prior to the digital IOS scan.

Final restorations were each single wing zirconia Maryland bridges with Lisi pontics. Porcelain work by Ryan Johnson (.dental). Case delivered with Panavia V5.

The goal was a result that feels healthier, more natural, and more harmonious with the patient’s smile.
