This is what excellent elastic compliance looks like.

This patient started with an underbite (Class III) - where the lower teeth bite in front of the upper teeth - plus crowding and a narrow smile.

We started with a Class III Carriere appliance to correct the bite, then full braces to perfect the details.

The key to this case: This patient was a rockstar with his Class III elastics. Carriere + consistent elastic wear = rapid correction

Dr. Carrie treated our CHT team to a little shopping spree to spoil ourselves, followed by a delicious dinner and some fun along the way! 🛍️🍽️💕

And of course, we had to add a little friendly competition! 👀 We played **“Find the Doctors”**—congrats to **Kasia, Jan, and Marissa** for finding Dr. Carrie, Dr. Ami, and Dr. Karen and winning a prize! 🏆🎉

We’re so grateful for our amazing team and the time we get to spend together outside the office. ❤️

Patrick came to us for early intervention, or what we call Phase 1. He had a crossbite (upper teeth sitting inside the lower teeth) and no space for his lateral teeth to come in.
By addressing it early we were able to:
✔️ Correct his crossbite completely
✔️ Create space for those blocked teeth
✔️ Give him a broad, symmetrical smile
This is exactly why we love early evaluations! Not every child needs Phase 1, but when they do, timing makes all the difference.

We hosted The Original Rainbow Cone for an ice cream social for our patients and neighbors and the turnout was incredible.
