🎉 15 YEARS OF BRUSH! 🪥💚
Fifteen years ago, Dr. Mira Albert set out to create the first pediatric dental practice of its kind in Chicago’s western suburbs. A female-owned, whimsical, boutique experience that combined exceptional specialty care with a mother’s perspective. A place where kids could actually love going to the dentist, parents felt supported rather than judged, and prevention and education were at the heart of everything.
In October 2011, Brush opened its doors in Hinsdale with a small team, a big vision, and no idea just how much we would grow.
Fifteen years later, we’ve expanded to Downers Grove, welcomed thousands of families, built an extraordinary team of women, and watched an entire generation of Brush kids grow up. Along the way, we’ve embraced new technologies, challenged conventional thinking, made mistakes, taken risks, and learned some important lessons.
We’re not the same practice we were in 2011, and that’s exactly the point. Growth isn’t just about getting bigger. It’s about getting better. We’ve never stopped questioning, learning, and evolving, while staying true to the vision that started it all.
What hasn’t changed is our belief that dentistry can be different. That children deserve to grow up confident in their oral health, that parents deserve a judgment-free partner, and that we have an opportunity to change how an entire generation experiences dentistry.
To the incredible women who have built Brush alongside us and the families who have trusted us with their most precious smiles, thank you for making these 15 years possible.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for everything we’ve learned, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
