Definitely not my prettiest work, but I love the story behind it!
Pt came in with fiance for comprehensive exam @ 2pm and said “I have not been to dentist in 12 years, my previous dentist made me hate going to dentist, my wedding is in 12 days and I do not have any days off from work”. Office closes at 5 pm and I have other patients in the office. I had to work with whatever I had and in very limited time. I wanted to smile in his wedding pictures. I didn’t have time for layering. I didn’t have the perfect composite shades. Too much gum bleeding. I call this the “realistic dentistry” and not “Instagram perfect” dentistry.

Initially, he asked for a few fillings—but after a thorough consultation, we recommended a more comprehensive approach: teeth whitening, crowns, and necessary root canals.
