👻5 things your orthodontist wants you to ghost ASAP👻

We’re talking about the things that can seriously derail your orthodontic treatment:

•Not wearing your elastics
•Not wearing your retainer
•Ignoring a loose bracket
•Hard + chewy candy
•Not brushing + flossing properly

Basically, if your orthodontist has specifically told you not to do it … this is your sign. 😂

Ghost these habits. Keep your orthodontist happy. Keep your treatment on track. And, most importantly, get that smile of your dreams.
