People think a dental practice is all about what happens in the chair, but actually, the office starts and ends with the front desk. Heather and Rachael, you both are the first voice our patients hear and the last face our patients see. You set the tone for a wonderful experience with every patient. You both maintain a calm and welcoming presence, no matter the circumstance. It's not always easy to manage phone calls, scheduling, billing, and checkout all at the same time, but you do it with grace, kindness, and patience.
