There are good teams, there are great teams… and then there are those rare groups of people who somehow become family. That’s exactly what we have, and I don’t take it for granted for a single second.

Every day, I get to watch this team show up for our patients and for each other. They work hard, step in without being asked, laugh together, encourage one another, handle the crazy days with grace (and a lot of humor 😂), and genuinely care about the people who walk through our doors.

But what makes me proudest isn’t just how amazing they are at their jobs. It’s who they are as people.

We celebrate each other’s wins. We carry each other through the hard days. We laugh until our stomachs hurt, occasionally drive each other crazy, and somehow still choose each other at the end of the day. ❤️
Somewhere along the way, we stopped being just coworkers and became a family.

Lauren & I know how rare that is. And we know how incredibly blessed we are to have found this group of people. So yes, I’m going to brag a little… because THIS TEAM deserves it. We couldn’t be more proud of them, more thankful for them, or more grateful to do life and work alongside them.

Our patients deserve the very best, and I truly believe that’s exactly who we have. 🦷❤️
