This patient was unhappy with an ill fitting Upper Denture. Patient did not have enough bone for Dental Implants and needed some Bone Augmentation in the sinus and laterally.
Sinus and immediate implant placement, followed by ridge augmentation, Implants placement and Locator abutment for an Overdenture as the Final Prosthesis.
