Open bite of anterior with space.

Tratamiento multidisciplinario de ortodoncia, cirugía y prótesis. La ortodoncia fue limitada al arco inferior y era necesaria para alinear y resolver mordida borde a borde anterior restituyendo el adecuado overjet y overbite, lo cual facilitó la rehabilitación del arco opuesto. Se colocaron implantes en No.8, No.9 y No.13, y rehabilitación protésica con coronas completas de No.7 y No.10 y coronas sobre implantes en No.8, No.9 y No.13.

Multidisciplinary treatment involving orthodontics, surgery, and prosthodontics. Orthodontic treatment was limited to the lower arch and was necessary to align the teeth, correct the anterior edge-to-edge bite, and restore the appropriate overjet and overbite, thereby facilitating the rehabilitation of the maxillary arch. Implants were placed at sites No.8, No.9 and No.13. Prosthetic rehabilitation included full-coverage crowns on teeth No.7 and No.10, as well as implant-supported crowns at sites No.8, No.9 and No.13.
