Here are some skincare tips to get you through the hottest months of the year ⤵️

☀️ Warmer temps means more sweating. A gentle exfoliating wash can help keep pores clean (use 2-4x/week)
☀️ Use antioxidant rich products like AlphaRet, Mystro or Trio to help keep daily damages from wreaking havoc on your skin.
☀️ Try a 1x a month to keep your skin in balance and hydrated.
☀️ The sun is literally closer to us this time of year, so the SPF you used in winter will need to be stronger now. We recommend to use at least SPF 50 on your skin everyday. Our faves are Sunbetter Tone Smart Comact and Obagi Sun Sheild
☀️ Dry skin is for the winter - a lighter moisturizer will help you feel less oily once temps rise. We love Obagi Hydrate.
☀️ Repeat after us: USE SPF EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR, but especially during these summer months.

“What can skincare actually do for me?” We get this question a lot. Our answer is that you can’t buy results with over-the-counter products. Only medical grade lines like Obagi or SkinBetterScience have the capability to actually fix skin issues.
