Appreciation for Our Team Leaders ❤️

Dr. Norwood and Dr. Hamilton are so much more than just our bosses. They are Christian men who lead a Christ-centered dental practice with faith, compassion, integrity, and genuine care for the people around them.

What makes them so special is that they don’t just lead from the top—they lead by example. They are not only exceptional doctors, but also amazing team leaders who encourage us, support us, value us, and remind us that our work is about so much more than just dentistry. It’s about serving others, making a difference, and showing the love of Christ in everything we do.

It is a blessing to work for leaders who put God first and understand that a strong team is built on faith, respect, kindness, and a shared purpose. Their leadership makes a difference not only in our workplace but also in the lives of the people we serve every day.

Thank you, Dr. Norwood and Dr. Hamilton, for being the kind of leaders who inspire us to be better, work together, and let our faith shine through our work. We’ve been busy celebrating birthdays at the office! 🎉🎂💕

First up was Brenda, and we treated her like the princess she is with an ALL-PINK celebration! 👑💗

Next was Misty, who loves fishing, so of course her birthday had to be all about fishing! 🎣🐟

Then came Kerah, who absolutely LOVES coffee, so naturally we had to celebrate her with a fun coffee bar! ☕️🤎

And we ended with Maxine, who loves camping, so we brought the great outdoors right into the office! 🏕️🔥🌲

Thank you, girls, for being such a special part of our amazing work family! ❤️ We are so blessed to celebrate YOU and all the joy you bring to our office.

Some gifts are so much more than a beautiful piece of art—they carry a story, memories, and a piece of the heart behind them. ❤️

One of our very special patients took the time to cross-stitch our dental office emblem, but what makes this piece truly priceless is the story woven into every stitch.

Our practice has been through quite a journey. We changed our name, faced the devastating loss of our practice during Hurricane Helene, and experienced what felt like losing everything we had worked so hard to build. But through the heartache came a new beginning—a rebirth of our practice, built on faith, perseverance, and the incredible support of our patients, family, friends, and community.

Now, to have that journey captured so beautifully through her artistry is incredibly meaningful to us. She didn’t just stitch our emblem—she stitched a reminder of where we’ve been, what we’ve overcome, and the beautiful new chapter we’re living today.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your incredible talent with us and for creating something so personal and beautiful. We will treasure this special piece and the story behind it for years to come. 🦷❤️
