Cracked tooth in the morning. Comfortable bite by the afternoon.

If the dentist makes you nervous, you're allowed to ask for what you need. We have all this and more:

→ Noise-canceling headphones
→ A weighted blanket or pillow
→ A show on the TV above the chair
→ An explanation before every step
→ A raised hand if something hurts

None of that is a big ask here. It's just how we do things. 💚

Fall sports are in full swing, so this one's for the sports parents.

If a tooth gets knocked out, here's what matters most:
→ Pick the tooth up by the top, never the root
→ Rinse gently if it's dirty, no scrubbing
→ Keep it in milk
→ Call us right away (time matters!)

Baby teeth don't go back in, but call anyway so we can take a look.
