Patient came to us with advanced periodontal disease. We removed the failing teeth, placed 6 implants in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower, and restored the smile with custom full-arch zirconia.

One of the patient’s biggest requests was bright white teeth with natural incisal translucency. Every detail was custom designed to his liking.
