Meet Dr. DeCillis and Dr. Phillips
Dr. David M. DeCillis is a 1983 graduate of the University of Maryland. As a Dental School senior he completed an externship in dentistry for the handicapped. He has practiced in Heath Springs since graduation from Dental School. He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry indicating his extensive commitment to a broad variety of continuing education. He
has completed almost 2000 hours of courses to achieve the honor of Mastership in the Academy, their highest award. Dr. DeCillis also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree which he completed prior to Dental School. He is past President of many Dental groups and other organizations. He sponsors many local recreation teams and is a Best Buddy for the local school. He has also been involved in the Lion's Club, Rotary and the Lancaster Children's Home. He is married to the former Janet Sims of Camden, and they have five children. Dr.Christopher B. Phillips graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina, School of Dentistry in Charleston, SC. In addition to being a current member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association, Having practiced at the office since graduation in 2003 , Dr. Phillips has experience in all phases of dentistry. He is married to the former Mandy Thompson of Kershaw and they have three children.
