Great News! We are excited to announce that we will be opening up this Monday, May 11th, 2020. We understand that this has been a stressful time for our community, and infection control has always been a top priority for our office. In addition to our thorough cleaning and sterilizing procedures, we will be taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff according to the CDC guidelines. Temperature checks will be conducted at the door, and patients will be required to file out a medical questionnaire. We ask that patients over the age of 18 come to there appointments alone, and patients under the age of 18 come with only one accompanying legal guardian.
We are asking that if you have any of the following symptoms, please stay home; Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fever, Chills, Sore throat or a new loss of taste or smell.
