For little ones, brushing doesn’t always have to be something we send them off to do. Try brushing your teeth right alongside them!

It turns a daily chore into something you’re doing together, and gives them a chance to watch how you brush, how long you brush, and learn that taking care of your teeth is just part of the routine.

Sometimes the best way to teach a healthy habit is simply to let them see you doing it. 🪥

A little tip for keeping those smiles healthy during the school day: send water! Drinking water after sticky or sugary snacks can help rinse away leftover food and sugars when brushing isn’t an option.
