Her willingness to show up and give 100%—no matter what, is something rare and deeply appreciated by us and her patients. Meghan is a hygienist who bestows education, delivers healthy smiles and empowers patients to develop a lasting foundation for lifelong oral health. Meghan and her husband enjoy music and attending many music events locally and nationally. To wrap up National Administrative Professional's Week, we have to give a very grateful shout out to our all-star office manger, Tamara! She's been with us for over ten years and knows the ins and outs of our practice like the back of her hand. She goes to bat for our patients and staff every day and like all great leaders, her skill and professionalism have only gotten better with time. She is the friendly face that greets many of our patients, answers new patient questions, corresponds with dental insurance, and helps our office schedule run smoothly. Rachel brings much expertise and skill to each patient who is fortunate to be in her care. She sprinkles in kindness, laughter and authenticity which ensures each patient the highest level of oral care. We're showcasing three of our four amazing RDHs (registered dental hygienist) and the utmost importance of their dental role and the value they bring to our practice. Today, we are recognizing 5 consecutive years with Kyla and a total of 7 altogether with a stint away to begin a family! Kyla is a seasoned dental hygienist and pours so much energy into each patient she cares for, always going the extra. She genuinely hears her patients with expressed concerns and is an effective communicator. Due to this, patients quickly feel entrusted to her exceptional care. Kyla is passionate about continuous learning and the importance of keeping abreast in the dental field which is fluid in educating her patients. She also has a vast knowledge of medical conditions and the effect those could have orally and is resourceful in finding root causes and effective treatment planning. She's an 110% team player, always jumping in to help wherever needed even to answer phones! What an honor to recognize these two ROCKSTARS! This week is National Dental Assistants Week and we feel we have two of the best in the industry. Yan and Jennifer have an utmost important role in assisting Drs. Curtin and Janowski chairside for dental restoration procedures. In addition to possessing exceptional knowledge and skill, their personalities serve as an asset as well.
Both exhibit an eagerness and willingness in ensuring the doctors have everything readily available which results in smooth and pleasant experiences for our patients.
