It’s been a week. 😅

One of those weeks that tests you a little — but through it all, this incredible group has continued to show up every single day, put smiles on their faces, welcome our patients through the door, and do what they do best: take care of people. ❤️

And apparently, our patients noticed.

In just the last several days, we’ve been absolutely overwhelmed with 5-star reviews. Patients have called our team kind, patient, wonderful, fast, steady and welcoming. They’ve talked about feeling at ease despite dental anxiety, being treated without judgment, and having positive experiences from the front of the office all the way to the back.

THAT is the team we know. And THAT is the experience we work hard every day to provide.

We care deeply about our patients, we listen when there’s a problem, we work hard to make things right, and we never stop trying to be better.

So after a particularly challenging week, seeing review after review come in from people who took a few minutes out of their day to share their experience meant more than they probably realize. 🥹

To our patients who have encouraged us, supported us, given us grace, left a kind word, or simply walked through our doors and trusted us with your care — thank you.

And to this crew: I’m incredibly proud of you. Keep showing up. Keep smiling. Keep taking care of people. ❤️

Sometimes a conversation can accomplish what a comment section can’t. ❤️

It’s no secret that our office has been the topic of quite a bit of conversation on social media this week. When concerns are brought to our attention, we take them seriously—and whenever possible, we want the opportunity to address them.

Over the past several days, our team has made an effort to reach out regarding concerns that had not previously been brought directly to our office. We’re grateful that several of those conversations have resulted in misunderstandings being cleared up, concerns being addressed, and even some very kind follow-up messages.

The biggest thing we want our patients to know is this: we cannot fix a problem we don’t know exists.

Dentures and partials can require adjustments, especially as your mouth changes and you become accustomed to wearing them. If something doesn’t feel right, please call us. Give our team the opportunity to help before assuming nothing can be done.

We aren’t perfect, and we’ll never claim to be. But we will stand behind our work, listen to concerns, and make every reasonable effort to help our patients.

And to those who have taken the time to have a conversation with us, hear us out, and publicly clarify or update previous comments—thank you. We truly appreciate it. ❤️

📣 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Facebook Cannot Adjust Your Dentures. 😬

We would LOVE the opportunity to fix a problem with your dentures.

Seriously. Please call us. 😂

If they're hurting — call us.
If your bite feels off — call us.
If you're having trouble eating — call us.
If something doesn't look right — call us.
If you're frustrated with them — CALL. US.

What we can't do is fix a problem we don't know exists.

Dentures often require adjustments, especially as your mouth heals and changes. That's normal, and it's exactly why we're here. Sometimes a small adjustment can make a BIG difference.

So before you decide your dentures are destined to spend the rest of their lives in a bathroom drawer… give us a chance to help. 😅

We promise, you are not bothering us by calling about a problem. We'd much rather hear from you and have the opportunity to address your concerns than find out much later that you've been struggling.

We can't fix what we don't know about. 🦷📞
Facebook can't adjust your dentures.
