Just wanted to let all our patients know we have gotten your voicemails, and will be sending out records to those who have requested them this week. Our computer system and phones have been being worked on to get all data stored where it needs to be after the office closed, which is the reason for the delay. Hope you all are doing well and having a good start to the new year.

We are sure by now you have heard about our closure on November 17th 2022. You may have heard our radio ads that started in mid July, you also may have seen the information on the door, which likely means you may have been seen in our office recently and informed. We’ve also had it on our Facebook and on our website since mid July. Finally you may have called and heard our voicemail stating this information. The last way we are hoping to reach some of our patients is through this letter. We would like everyone to know just because you don’t receive a letter doesn’t mean we didn’t appreciate you, or enjoy our time getting to know you. We wish we could send a letter to all almost 13,000 patients we have seen over the years. Unfortunately that is a very difficult task, and we will only be sending this letter out to those we are required to. With that being said we wanted to post this letter here for all to see. We really have grown to love all of our time with our patients and we will truly miss each of you. Remember if you need your records please come by our office on Wednesdays or Thursdays until we close on November 17th 2022. The day has came that we have to announce the retirement of Dr. McCaskey. She plans to retire November 17, 2022. If you are an established patient and would like any of your records or recommendations on another office please give us a call. Please be understanding that during this time our hours will likely vary week to week. If you have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. McCaskey then like us you know just how wonderful of a person she is, and how much we all care about her. So even though this may be sad for us, we are so very excited for her to enjoy life after so much dedication to her staff and patients through all these years. Please help all of us at Dental Creations in wishing Dr. M the best retirement she could ever want! Can’t wait to see everyone’s faces before we lock our doors.
