🎀 PINKTOBER, BUT MAKE IT PERSONAL 🎀

Today is our first Breast Cancer Wednesday, and we’re wearing pink because awareness is more than a color. It’s about the people we love, the people we’ve lost, the people still fighting, and the people who will need support someday.

And because we’re in the business of taking care of people, we know that health doesn’t stop at the smile.

🎂♎️ Two birthday twins. Two Libras. One very orange coincidence😂🧡

Happy birthday to two of our Hanover hygienists, Christy and Stephanie! These two balance each other out perfectly, which is probably a good thing, because between them there’s enough personality, travel, concerts, good times and general 'let’s make a memory out of it' energy to keep things interesting. 😂

Stephanie is always up for a night out, a concert, or the next adventure, while Christy just returned from living her best life in Germany celebrating Oktoberfest. 🍻✈️

And naturally, they showed up to work today dressed alike in orange… so obviously we had to give you Orange Is the New Black.

Cheers to our birthday twins🥂🧡! We hope this next year brings you both plenty of reasons to celebrate, places to go, and stories worth telling.

Meet Dr. David Saakov! Our newest White Marsh dentist and, based on the fact that he can read 20 books in a weekend, possibly the most committed overachiever we’ve ever seen. 📚

When he’s not taking care of patients, you’ll probably find him:

🎲 Deep into a board game
🧙‍♂️ In Middle-earth, probably
🍜 Finding his next favorite restaurant

Born in Kansas, raised in Maryland, Temple-trained and back home where he belongs, Dr. Saakov brings a genuinely thoughtful approach to dentistry: listen first, get to know your people, and treat them like family.

With Dr. Weng stepping away from clinical dentistry and into his new role as *the man behind the curtain keeping everything running*, we’re pretty excited about this next chapter.

So, consider this your official introduction to Dr. Saakov! We have a feeling you’re going to FALL for him, too 🤍🍁.

Happy Birthday to our Hanover girl, Samantha🥂🤠✨!

Sassy, vivacious, hardworking, and always ready for a good time, Samantha brings a whole lot of personality to everything she does. We’ve had the absolute pleasure of watching her grow into the incredible leader she is today, and we couldn’t be prouder to have her leading our Hanover team.

When she’s not working hard, you’ll find her soaking up time with her mans and two pups, preferably with some country music playing in the background. 🤎

Here’s to another year of big laughs, good country, great company, and doing life exactly your way. Happy Birthday, Sam! 🥳🤍

Happy birthday to our incredible general manager, Rachel 🤍

The glue that holds DDMD together, and somehow makes it look easy! She’s the person everyone turns to, the calm behind a thousand moving parts, and the one who quietly takes care of everyone without ever asking for credit.

But to us, she’s so much more. She’s the heart, the confidant, the friend, and the person who is always there when you need her most. When she’s not taking care of everyone else, she’s happiest with her daughter and family, a good book, a cup of tea, Harry Potter, or cheering on Baltimore sports. 🫖📚💜

Rachel, we are so lucky to love you, work alongside you, and call you ours. You mean more to this team than you probably realize.

Dr. Weng may no longer be seeing patients chairside, but his impact on our practice continues far beyond the operatory!

Recently, he was invited on a panel of doctors to share his experience, perspective, and leadership with other dental field professionals.

His involvement is a reflection of something we’ve always valued: continuing to learn, share knowledge, and bring back thoughtful leadership.

Dr. Weng's role may have evolved, but his influence hasn’t. He plays an important role in shaping our team, supporting our doctors, and helping us continually raise the standard of care we provide to our patients 💪.

We’re proud to have that experience behind our practice 🦷.

🇵🇱 Sunday Funday, Polish edition. 🇵🇱

We took DDMD to Baltimore’s Polish Festival with our very own Dr. Roman, who apparently decided it was time for us to fully embrace the culture. 😂

There was stuffed cabbage, kielbasa, a John Paul II cake, Żubrówka 🥃… and enough Polish food to make us question every life choice we’ve ever made.

Let’s just say Dr. Santos polished her Polish dance skills… emphasis on polished. 😏

A little culture, a lot of food, the best patients, and the best kind of Sunday Funday. 🇵🇱❤️
