🦀🦀 Crabs, patients, & a very Maryland Saturday 🦀

We had the best time at the Baltimore Game & Fishing Association crab feast, thanks to our wonderful patients Rick & Linda for inviting us! 💙

And because apparently you can’t go anywhere in Baltimore without running into someone from DDMD… we ended up seeing SO many of our patients there too! 😂

Nothing like Old Bay, a pile of crabs, good people, and getting to know our patients outside the office. 🦀❤️

Thanks for having us, Rick & Linda! We’re already looking forward to the next one!

✨ 40 looks pretty good from here ✨️

Happy 40th Birthday to Dr. Zaner! 🎉

While most of us are figuring out how to survive turning 40, he decided to walk the plank on an European adventure. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇳🇱

…and apparently the itinerary is just getting started. 😂✈️🚢

But the best part? Getting to experience it all with his wife, and kids, Jason, and Emily, and extended family, because nothing beats celebrating a milestone surrounded by the people you love most.

Here’s to 40 years, countless adventures, a bit of clinical directing, a little rum 🥃, and a whole lot more memories to make.

Everyone say hey to Kionna! 🦷💜

She's only been with us for a few weeks, but she's already keeping us on our toes with the sass, repping the Ravens like it's a full-time job, and counting down to her next night out in DC. 💅🏽🏈✨

The timing worked out perfectly because we get to celebrate TWO things: welcoming her to the DDMD family and wishing her the happiest birthday! 🎂🥳

We have a feeling our Hanover patients are going to love her just as much as we already do. If you see Kionna at your next visit, make sure to give her a birthday shoutout and a warm welcome! 💕

Nothing beats a beautiful Baltimore weekend ☀️🌿.

This morning I stopped by the 32nd Street Farmers Market to visit one of our longtime patients, Brittany, owner of Wight Tea Company 🍵 💚.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to know incredible people beyond the dental chair. Brittany has been part of our practice family for years, and it's so fun seeing her passion come to life through her business.

Happy National Climb a Mountain Day! 🏔️☀️

As summer starts winding down, we're looking back on some favorite adventures. A few weeks ago, Dr. Roman visited her brother in Washington state and spent time exploring the beautiful mountains around Seattle.

One more reason to get outside and soak up the last little bit of summer. 💙 What's been your favorite summer adventure?

It's been a long time since we've sat side by side in a continuing education course together 😍.

Somewhere between opening DDMD-WM 11 years ago, growing into three locations, managing teams, patients, and everything that comes with building a business, life got busy 😫.

Today was a little reminder of where it all started, two dentists, two business partners, always learning, always trying to be better.

No matter how long you've been doing YOU, there's always something NEW to learn, and investing in ourselves means we can continue investing in our patients and our team.

A little nostalgic. A lot grateful. Here's to 11 years of building, learning, and growing... and to everything still ahead. 🦷🤍
