We are excited to announce that we have expanded and acquired a new
practice location at 171 Fox Hill Rd, Hampton!

We are thrilled to share this wonderful news with you and look forward
to continuing to serve our community with the highest quality care.

Provider Schedule:

Dr. Khanna will be available at the Fox Hill Rd location on Mondays,
Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and will continue to see patients at HDC on
Wednesdays.

Dr. Sam will be available at HDC on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays,
and at the Fox Hill Rd location on Wednesdays.

If you have any scheduling questions or would like assistance booking an
appointment, please feel free to contact our office. Our team will be
happy to help.
