A smile transformation years in the making.

For many, the idea of dental procedures feels intimidating. Past experiences, or simply the anxiety of sitting in the chair, can keep patients from seeking care they need and deserve — a fear real enough to have its own name: dentophobia.

Dr. Otero has performed thousands of implant procedures and trains other dentists in the most advanced techniques in implant dentistry. He built Otero Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry around that reality — from an elegant, spa-inspired office to a warm, attentive team — so every patient has the confidence to move forward and reclaim a smile they love. One doctor, one team, one office.

For this patient, All-On-X implants offered a full, permanent solution, and the results were breathtaking. Used with patient permission.

Told you're not a candidate for dental implants? Let's Look again.

Many patients are turned away or sent down the long road of bone grafts and months of waiting. All-on-X changes that. By anchoring into the denser bone your jaw already has, we can often restore a full smile — no grafting, no endless timeline.

And at Otero, you're treated by the same team in the same office. Plus, most patients are able to get their extraction and implants installed in the same day, so you don't leave our office without teeth in place.

If you've been told it isn't possible, let's talk. Schedule your free consultation: https://smilewilmington.com/dental-implants/all-on-x/
