There’s something a little bittersweet about saying goodbye to a coworker when they’re family. ❤️

When our office was in need of an extra set of hands, Kelley spent her summer working alongside her uncle, Dr. Crescenzo. Kelley is currently studying biochemistry at Rowan University and working toward her dream of becoming a dentist, just like her uncle. 🦷🧪

Getting to have her in the office this summer gave us a little glimpse of what we hope her future will look like: Kelley and her uncle working side by side, not just as family, but as fellow dentists. ❤️

Now, she’s heading back to Rowan to continue her studies and play college field hockey. 🏑 We’ll definitely miss having her around the office, but we’re already looking forward to the day she comes back — not as our summer assistant, but as the next Dr. Crescenzo.

We are so proud of you, Kelley, and can’t wait to watch you turn your dreams into reality. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🦷✨
