Our dynamic, positive, family friendly team needs another member! We are looking to hire a personable Patient Coordinator to join our dental front office team. This person will be the first face our patients see and is responsible for setting the tone of a positive dental experience. The Patient Coordinator's responsibilities include entering patient information onto our data system, processing financial transactions, answering patients’ questions, arranging referrals to other dental specialists.

Dental Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

High school diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
Good telephone etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

Looking for a dental hygienist to temporarily join our awesome team for up to 12 weeks starting in May. This person will see patients of all ages for routine care including but not limited to dental cleanings, scaling, xray procedures, and fluoride. Hours are 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday-Thursday. Current Montana hygiene license is required.
