Easing the burden of Patient Forms for our patients!

We’ve spent a lot of time hyping our two new operatories, but if you’ve had an appointment with us in 2023, you’ve likely experienced something equally as exciting: New Patient Communication Software!

Okay, okay, not exactly as exciting, but still worth celebrating! Bridgewater Family Dental is now using OperaDDS which allows patients to receive reminders, confirm appointments, submit forms ahead of their appt, message the office directly, and more.

Over the next few posts we’ll detail some of the features and benefits of using OperaDDS and how it will enhance (and expedite) your patient experience.

Could not be more excited to add Dr. Runyan to my practice in Fairfield Township!

She is a fantastic fit for our family practice, and brings many new capabilities to offer our patients!

Dr. Schulte and Dr. Pavloff are excited to welcome Dr. Lindsay Runyan to Bridgewater Family Dental.

Like our other dentists, Dr. Runyan graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She has been practicing in the Mason area prior to joining us.

Look for more posts in the coming weeks introducing Dr. Runyan and the additional capabilities she'll be bringing to our practice (clear aligners😃), along with our already best-in-class same-day crowns.
