IRRIGATION SERVICE TECH-HIRING BONUS $3500-$7000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job description
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Closely monitors and sets up job personnel assignments
Assist with implementation and supervision of loss prevention plan
Active in account inspection, site walk-through, and follow up with any findings
Assist as needed with job tracking, budgets, and efficiency analysis
Customer Service skills
40 – 65 + hours per week during growing season
Pull pipe if needed
Troubleshoot and resolves leak issues, controller and sensor problems, electrical issues
Track and locate wires and valves
Pull enclosed install trailer and manage install crew when needed
Required Skills:
Have knowledge of all aspects of Irrigation Install operations
Ability to diagnose and problem solve
General knowledge of Customer Database software and basic computer skills
Must be physically able to perform all aspects of the install process
Must have exceptional Time Management Skills
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
Must understand zoning, pressures, and design theory
Must have ability to create service estimates
Clean driving record and D.O.T card required
Required Education, Training & Experience:
Must have Commercial/Residential install crew experience
Must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the residential and commercial install equipment, and its capacity and capabilities
Must have knowledge of Commercial/Town home systems to include: 2” PVC, 2-Wire Systems, and Commercial Timers
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must have basic knowledge of plumbing including copper sweating.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
