🦷 June is Dental Smiles Month! 🦷

This month, we encourage everyone to prioritize their oral health and remember that a healthy mouth plays an important role in your overall well-being. Taking care of your teeth and gums can help support your health from head to toe!

✨ Tips for a Healthy Smile:
• Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes
• Floss daily to remove plaque between teeth
• Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day
• Limit sugary snacks and beverages
• Visit your dentist regularly for cleanings and checkups
• Don’t ignore tooth pain, bleeding gums, or other dental concerns

A healthy smile is a happy smile! 😁 Make your oral health a priority this June and give your teeth something to smile about. 🦷✨
