If you haven’t noticed the trucks, One Day Floors was here. And it turned into more than the expected 1-day project. As they were completing day 1 they noticed a problem, and were out as soon as there was another break from the deluges. The repair wasn’t simple. They had to grind off all their work, and start over.
The diligence they exhibited without the need for me to “stay in touch” with them, and the fact that they had to do to entire job twice, and it’s turned from Same Day Floors, 3 extra days of payroll and materials did not enter into the conversation. It’s unusual for a big job like this to have been done so precisely.
Just stop by and look at how straight their lines are. We are thrilled with the results and the fact it comes with a 15 year warranty!
One of the problems with our proximity to NJTpke and 295 is the soot that the leaves accumulate and then land on the driveway and stain them with their residue. No matter how much power-washing one does, the driveway keeps getting another shade darker every year.
No more of that. Just hose it off. The surface is non-porous.
Our project has one more step, to be completed the next time we have a warm/dry break is coating the seams with a beige caulk. The owner, Bob, and all his employees have been great to work with.
