Braces make flossing a little trickier but it's one of the most important parts of keeping your smile healthy during treatment!

Flossing helps remove food and plaque from around brackets and between teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. Keeping those areas clean can help prevent cavities, swollen gums, and white spots while you're working toward your new smile!

If you are not a big fan of traditional floss, water flossers are a great option because they help flush out food and plaque making it easier to keep your smile clean and healthy during treatment.
