Wondering how the DuraSmile procedure works?

​Most of our patients walk into our office in the morning and leave later that same day with a new smile. 👏
​
​The average length of the procedure depends on the patients but the surgery takes approximately 2.5 hours per arch.
​
​Dr. Jacob and his team will sedate you, perform the implant procedure and then you’ll rest in our recovery room until the anesthesia fully wears off.
​
​The teeth you leave with are your healing teeth that are fixed to your implants that allow you to eat and enjoy your everyday life while allowing extra time to heal.
​
​With DuraSmile All-on-4®, patients can get their teeth as soon as the surgery is over, but there remains the osseointegration period where the implants fuse with the jawbone.
​
​6 to 12 weeks later, you’ll return and we’ll begin the process of customizing your beautiful durable smile!
