This week, we're spotlighting our new doctor at FDH Litchfield, Dr. Billy Anderson! 🔦🧑‍⚕️

Dr. Anderson is originally from Indiana where he attended Purdue University for undergrad and the Indiana University School of Dentistry for dental school. Dr. Anderson is passionate about dentistry, especially surgical dentistry and implants. He has gone on to complete more than 100 hours of implant training. When Dr. Anderson isn't practicing dentistry, you can find him near the beach with his 5 year old puppy, Brew. 🫶

❔What’s your favorite hobby or activity you enjoy on weekends?
Dr. Anderson: Anywhere I can throw a ball in the water and let my dog Brew chase after it is a good weekend. He’s a five year old black lab and loves swimming. I also enjoy taking a solo camping trip each summer. I brought Brew along this past year and while he made the hikes and swimming more fun, I did learn he’s not the best tent mate. 🐶⛺

❔Have you picked up any hobbies or interests lately?
Dr. Anderson: Lately I’ve been getting more into film photography and vintage cameras. One of my current projects is restoring a Canon AE-1 program camera so I can start shooting film again. I enjoy working with my hands and restoring older equipment, especially physical media and the vintage Pokémon games I grew up playing. 📷🎮

Angela is a exemplar team member who constantly goes above and beyond for her team and her patients! 👏She is a wonderful Dental Assistant, friend, team member, and all around person! ⭐One of her coworkers says this, "Angela is the definition of a TEAM player. When we ask her to fill in for another dental assistant team at Brushy Creek she is always willing to help. She will come in early and stay late to help. She is the first person to respond when someone needs something brought to them or just a helping hand with a patient. Her kind caring personality shows through all of the time with her patient care.
