This upper arch anatomical crown exposure case completely transformed this patient’s smile. By carefully reshaping the gum tissue and enhancing tooth proportions, we achieved a healthier, more symmetrical appearance while creating a more balanced smile line. We also performed a frenectomy between teeth #8 and #9 to improve tissue harmony and completed depigmentation treatment for a brighter, more esthetic gingival appearance. The best part is seeing the renewed confidence that comes with finally loving your smile.
