Having a great day starts with how you wake up. And the best way to make sure you start your day off right is by creating a morning routine that makes you feel empowered and in control.
That doesn’t mean you need to wake up at 4am or hit the gym for hours every morning. It just means getting intentional with your time and prioritizing what YOU need in order to have a successful day.
These are the 5 simple things that I do every morning. And another thing that I do is move my body. This morning I did it literally for 5 minutes: a few sit ups, a plank and a few push ups. Not exactly an Olympic effort but I got the job done.
