Last week, we pressed pause on patient care for a full day so our team could focus entirely on training, growth, and improving the experience we provide every patient who trusts us with their care.

With the help of , we worked on building a stronger, more intentional approach to patient communication, connection, and overall experience — because dentistry should feel personal, not transactional.
