Today is a bitter sweet day for us at Greencastle Family Dental. Our Intern Kayla celebrates her last day with us. To say it was a joy to have her in the office with us is an understatement. We have been blessed to have her in the office helping out our Hygiene team and our EFDA. Kayla joined us with the intent to become a dentist and her dream is coming true. Kayla will be starting her journey towards her dental degree in the upcoming months. Kayla interned with us from the GASD work release program.

📣 Notice Regarding Aetna Insurance

After ongoing issues with claim processing errors from Aetna, we have made the decision to discontinue working directly with this insurance provider effective 03/01/2026.

As of this date, Aetna patients will be considered self-pay, and claims will need to be submitted by the patient.

Appointments scheduled prior to 03/01/2026 will still be honored, and we will continue submitting claims for those visits under our existing agreement with Aetna.

We understand this may be an adjustment and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is more than happy to assist with questions or provide documentation for claim submission.
