DAANCE stands for the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination, a certification offered through the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).

Earning this certification allows our assistants to better support our surgeons and helps ensure a safer, higher-quality experience for patients undergoing sedation.

With Megan’s achievement, we are proud to now have six DAANCE-certified assistants in our office—a significant accomplishment that reflects our team’s commitment to excellence, advanced training, and the highest standard of patient care in oral surgery.
