Supporting youth athletes and helping our community smile, both on and off the field is what it’s all about.

We are excited to share Munoz Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a major sponsor of the Green Bay Lightning program. Their logo are front of our training shirts that are provided for free to all members of the club! This is incredibly important for our club and families as we strive to provide the most competitive training environment while keeping our prices as accessible as possible.

A big thank you goes out to Dr. Sebastian Munoz and Katrina Munoz and the entire team at Munoz Dentistry for helping make this partnership happen! They have been part of the club for 3 years and have been amazing supporters on and off the pitch.

Green Bay Lightning’s defining goal and value is building community around the game of soccer. We want to uplift and bring joy through soccer.

We are excited to announce the Munoz “Bringing Smiles” monthly award goes to Bryan Olson!

Bryan and his family joined the club in 2023, and right from the start, he told the coaches, “If you ever need help, I’m happy to step in.” True to his word, Bryan now assists with our U14 State Premier Girls and U11 Girls teams.

He and his wife, Samantha, have three daughters — Anna, Ali, and Charlotte — all proud members of the Lightning. We’re still not sure how they manage such a busy schedule, but we’re incredibly grateful for their commitment and willingness to give back!

Bryan brings tremendous passion for the game to every practice and match. He’s a strong believer in our player development model and focuses on building confidence and technical skill in every player he coaches. His positivity and support extend not only to the athletes but also to the families he connects with on and off the field.

Many of you know him as a world famous Tik-Tokker, Olympic speed walker, and your neighborhood half naked snowblower but at GBL, we know him as the fun-loving guy trying to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Greg spreads smiles throughout the club at games, tournaments, and practices. He always makes sure new families feel welcome, players know their girlfriends or boyfriends are watching, and everyone is having a good time. We couldn’t imagine anyone better to get this first award and couldn’t image the club without him. Greg, thanks for always bringing a smile to our faces.
