From Traumatic Bite → Healthy, Stable Smile 🦷

This case is a perfect example of why my philosophy is always focused on prevention—not just repairing the damage.

This patient’s underbite created a traumatic bite that had already caused significant wear and enamel damage to both the upper and lower front teeth.

Rather than simply bonding the worn teeth, we first addressed the cause.

I used Invisalign treatment first to correct the underbite and create a healthier, more balanced bite. Once the teeth were properly positioned, composite bonding was completed to conservatively restore the enamel that had already been lost.

✨ The result: a corrected bite, restored teeth, and a beautiful, natural-looking smile—with the goal of protecting these teeth from continued traumatic wear in the future.
