Years of wear, broken down teeth, discoloration, lost enamel, and changing habits can gradually alter not only a smile, but the way the teeth come together and function.

This transformation was about restoring what had been lost. Rebuilding tooth structure, reestablishing proper proportions and occlusion, and bringing strength and function back to the smile.

And of course, aesthetics were considered at every step.

Some of our favorite cases are also the most challenging. Patients born with missing lateral incisors or peg laterals often aren’t ready for implants until they’re older. Our goal is to help them smile confidently through prom, graduation, college, and every milestone in between with carefully planned temporary restorations.
When the time is right, we complete the final implant restoration and sculpt the gums for a natural, symmetrical result. Crown lengthening done by Dr. Effie. These cases take patience, but the transformation is always worth it.
