We are looking to welcome a hygienist to our caring dental team for a 12 week maternity leave coverage from September 12th thru December 8th.

The position is from Mondays thru Thursdays 7:30 AM to 5 PM. We offer 1 hour hygiene appointments, 2 hour SRP appointments (for half of the mouth), and assistance in turning over rooms and charting! We utilize Dentrix and have Cavitons in all rooms. We have an amazing dental team with a modern practice overlooking the Missouri River. Our patients are amazing and we are hoping to add a team member that enjoys serving our dentistry as much as we do!

Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in Montana with a local anesthetic license, and hold an active CPR Certification

We are looking for an energetic and eager receptionist to join our team. A dental receptionist is the first point of contact for new patients/families, the familiar voice for current patients/families and an appointment coordinator. The work environment is a combination of multi-line telephone use, insurance, receptionist and scheduling coordination. This position involves assisting with the check-in processes. Gathers and records required information about patients and routes it appropriately; provides specific customer services which include, confirming health insurance coverage and individual’s obligations, obtaining necessary authorizations for care, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients in the office. This position requires strong ability to multi-task and above all else, exceptional customer service skills. We are a hard-working team, working together to give our patients the very best dental experience possible. We want this to be a good fit, for you and for us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic dental assistant that loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients and willing to collaborate with other team members.

Skills/ Abilities
• Provide exceptional customer service, with excellent chair-side manner, while demonstrating teamwork
• Assist the doctor and/or hygienist(s), with dental procedures maintain excellent patient service, integrity, flow
• Review patient charts prior to doctor arrival, document appropriate patient information and health history during the exam and treatment
• Ensures all consent forms are completed prior to procedure.
• Four Handed Dentistry- fabricate temporary crowns.
• Ability to take, develop and “mount” accurate, high quality radiographs / intra-oral photos
• Place rubber dam
• Clean, sterilize and prepare the equipment and operatory, prior to and after a patient’s appointment
• Track the incoming and outgoing lab cases, monitor and order dental supplies
• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance, follow safety policies and procedures through OSHA compliance and BBP (Blood-borne Pathogens) Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
• Assist in educating the patients and address their questions and/or concerns to help them feel more comfortable
• Assist the business administrative team in scheduling patients and submitting referrals as clinically necessary.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs.

Education/Certification(s)
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Current radiography certification required
