Nara Organics is recalling its powdered infant formula after reports of three babies becoming sick with suspected or confirmed botulism after using the product.
🍼 What you should know:
Infant botulism is rare but serious. It can happen when babies take in harmful bacteria that affect their muscles and breathing.
⚠️ If your baby was given Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula, watch for these signs:
-Constipation
-Trouble feeding or weak feeding
-Weak cry
-Floppy or very weak body
If your baby has any of these symptoms, seek medical care right away.

Nara Organics is recalling all cans of its powdered infant formula after three confirmed or suspected infant botulism cases were reported in babies who consumed the product in California, Washington and Pennsylvania. There are no reported deaths.
The formula was sold at Target stores, target.com and nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026. The recalled product lots are: 709125280E14F2, 709125288E14F2 and 708125174E14F2.
Signs and symptoms of infant botulism include constipation, poor feeding, drooping eyelids, low muscle tone and difficulty sucking and swallowing.
