Patient Care Coordinator | Tooth Story Pediatric Dentistry 📍 Grapevine, TX

We’re growing our front office team and looking for a warm, outgoing, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our Tooth Story family! 💗

This is an additional team position, working alongside our existing Front Desk Coordinator to help create an amazing experience for our patients and families.

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Has 1–2+ years of dental office experience
📞 Is comfortable answering phones & communicating with families
🦷 Has experience with insurance verification & benefits
💬 Is confident presenting treatment plans & discussing financial arrangements
📅 Has experience with scheduling & coordinating appointments
😊 Has a bright, outgoing personality and loves working with kids
🤝 Is dependable, positive, and a great team player

BONUS POINTS! 🦷
Back-office/dental assisting experience is a plus!
