We’re pleased to share that Siskiyou Community Health Center’s contract to continue operating our School-Based Health Centers has been renewed by the Three Rivers School District Board. This renewal helps ensure students and families throughout our region continue to have access to important health services close to where they learn and grow.

Siskiyou currently operates five School-Based Health Centers, helping improve access to medical, behavioral health, and preventive care for local students. We are grateful to the students, parents, educators, staff, and community members who voiced their support for these services and for the partnerships that make this work possible.

At Siskiyou, we remain committed to supporting the health, well-being, and success of every student we serve. 💙

More good days, together. 💚

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to remind ourselves that mental health is just as important as physical health.

At Siskiyou Community Health Center, we’re proud to provide whole-person care that supports both mind and body—for everyone in our community.

Whether it’s checking in with a friend, taking a moment for yourself, or reaching out for support—every step matters.

If you or someone you know needs immediate help, the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 by calling or texting 988.

💙 Celebrating National Nurses Week 💙

Each year, National Nurses Week (May 6–12) honors the incredible contributions of nurses across the country. The week concludes on May 12th—the birthday of Florence Nightingale, whose work during the Crimean War helped shape modern nursing and patient care as we know it today.

Since its official recognition in 1982, National Nurses Week has become a time to recognize the compassion, expertise, and dedication nurses bring to healthcare every single day.

At Siskiyou Community Health Center, we are proud to work alongside an exceptional team of nurses who serve our communities with skill, empathy, and heart. Whether they’re providing care in our clinics, supporting patients through complex health journeys, or offering reassurance in difficult moments—our nurses make a difference that goes far beyond medicine.

To all of our Siskiyou nurses:
Thank you for your unwavering commitment to caring for our community. We are grateful for you today and every day. 💙
