We enjoyed having the Isothermal Community College Dental Hygiene students tour our lab to tell them more about our dental lab and how we fabricate crowns, bridges, conventional/3D Printed dentures, & All-on-4 hybrid dentures. It's always great to help the next generation stay informed on how to better improve their patient's overall well-being.

We loved getting to meet and speak with everyone and hope to work with you all in the future!

We enjoyed having the students from the Wilkes

Another amazing year, another unforgettable night with our First Impressions family! We gathered once again at the beautiful Lake Hickory Country Club to celebrate a season of hard work, friendship, and holiday cheer.

The evening kicked off with a fun icebreaker that split us into teams for this year’s big competition game. After a delicious catered dinner and dessert, it was gametime: a high-stakes Hershey's Kisses Tic-Tac-Toe Showdown! Teams slid Hershey’s kisses down a long table, battling for rows, columns, and diagonals in a fast-paced game full of cheers, laughter, and competitive energy. The winning teams took home fabulous prizes!

To end the night, our amazing boss Jon Younce and his wife, Kathy, handed out their signature thoughtful handmade gifts to each team member - a heartfelt reminder of the care and appreciation at the center of everything we do.

It was a joyful evening filled with love, laughter, and the true spirit of Christmas. Thank you to everyone who made this year so special. We can’t wait for what’s ahead in 2026! 🎁❤️

The crowns aren’t the only things shining today! 👑😄

Happy Halloween from all of us at First Impressions Dental Lab! 🦷🎃

🎉 First Impressions would like to wish Happy Birthday to the one and only Jon T Younce! 🎉

Today we celebrate the incredible person behind First Impressions Dental Lab. He is a caring leader, mentor, and the king of dad jokes. (Seriously, we’re still recovering from last week’s “What do dentists call their x-rays? Tooth pics!” 😅)

Jon, we’re beyond thankful for you. You’ve created more than just a successful dental lab, you’ve built a place where we’re all given opportunities to grow, thrive, and belong. You’ve fostered a true work family, one that’s full of laughter, encouragement, and yes… plenty of Crumbl cookies 😋🍪.

From your weekly “Thankful Thursdays” with treats from all around to your daily words of wisdom (and pun-tastic quotes), yours and Kathy’s generosity, heart, & love make a difference in all of our lives.

We’re so blessed to work alongside you and wish you the happiest of birthdays! May your day be filled with as much joy as you give to all of us!
