We had another great year to celebrate! Ax throwing and then to the Casio! We said good bye to Dr. Campbell this year(although we still see him often ☺️) and welcomed two new employees, Sam and Devin. They are a perfect fit for our team!

Today is Dr. Campbells last day at Granger dental group! He has had such an amazing career and made so many smiles possible over the years. We will miss his knowledge and humor around the office! We should also mention it’s his birthday! Happy retirement and birthday Dr Campbell!

Here are 6 snack ideas for your children to maintain healthy teeth and gum tissue.
1) Fruits- high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and calcium for strong teeth.
2) Raw veggies- high in vitamin C, calcium, and iron. Also veggies are mostly composted of water, which keeps your mouth moist. Bacteria cannot thrive in this environment.
3) Whole grains- high in calcium, vitamin C, and magnesium, which help build tooth enamel.
4) Nuts and Seeds- high in calcium, vitamin D, and phosphorous.
5) Dairy- high in phosphorus and calcium which can re calcify teeth.
6) Meats and Proteins- high in phosphorus, which plays an important roll in the formation of teeth and gum tissue.
