Experienced Dental Technician – Denture & Partial Finishing (Lead Role)

Bailie Dental Lab is looking for a skilled, experienced dental technician to step into a lead finishing role within our removable department.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work and is ready to take ownership of the finishing department.

Primary Responsibilities
• Denture and partial repairs
• Adding teeth
• Relines (hard & soft)
• Welding
• Finishing and polishing dentures, partials, and flexible appliances
• Ensuring cases meet Bailie Dental Lab quality standards
• Helping maintain efficient workflow in the finishing department
• Team-oriented culture that values craftsmanship
• Opportunity to run and shape the finishing department
